The following incidents were compiled in the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department last week.
Possession--June 19, 9 p.m. A 31-year-old male was arrested at the corner of Wolfe and Kifer Road for possession for sale of methamphetamines and marijuana, and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Burglary--June 18, 12:50 p.m. Police arrested a 26-year-old male who had developed a fraud scheme at Fry's Electronics. The suspect would switch price tags on products inside a San Jose store and buy the item at a discounted price. The suspect would return the item at the Sunnyvale store on the 1000 block of Arques Avenue, where he established a credit line. Police arrested the suspect at the Sunnyvale store when he attempted to return an item valued at $324.69.
Petty Theft--June 19, 3:28 p.m. A suspect was arrested outside the Macy's department store at the Town Center after attempting to steal $345 worth of clothes.
Theft--June 18, 6:30 p.m. Several vehicles were broken into on the 1100 block of Willow Avenue, causing more than $1,500 in stolen or damaged property. Mountain View police have made an arrest in the case.
Attempted Murder--June 18, 7:55 p.m. A 38-year-old male was arrested at Mango Avenue near Knickerbocker Drive for attempting a murder.
