The following incidents were compiled from the police log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department.
Battery--June 28, 12:45 a.m. A 25-year-old male was arrested in the 600 block of East El Camino Real for resisting arrest, delaying the investigation of a police officer and battery of a police officer.
Possession--June 28, 8:40 p.m. An officer investigating a child-annoyance charge located a vehicle that matched the description of the car thought to be owned by the suspect. The officer did not find any evidence of the charge when searching the camper, but did find less than one ounce of marijuana inside the vehicle. The suspect was cited at the scene.
Theft--June 28, 5:20 p.m. A 20-year-old female employee at the Macy's located on the 200 block of Washington Avenue was arrested for stealing $100 from the drawer of her register. The act was recorded by surveillance cameras while the suspect was completing a sale to a customer.
Burglary--June 30, 8:09 p.m. A female suspect attempted to forge a check at the Nob Hill Foods grocery store on the 100 block of E. El Camino Real. The suspect also provided a forged identification card to match the name on the stolen checks. The suspect attempted to purchase $163 worth of meat and cigarettes.
Auto Theft--June 30, 10 a.m. Three suspects, ranging in ages 19 to 23, were arrested on the 600 block of Begonia Way for auto theft, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy.
Embezzlement--June 29, 4:50 p.m. A 19-year-old male employee of Fry's electronics was arrested at the computer store on the 1000 block of E. Arques Avenue for burglary, embezzlement and conspiracy. Bail was set at $15,000.
