Hit and run--July 1, 10:50 a.m., on Fair Oaks Avenue. A 32-year-old man was cited for a misdemeanor.

False identification--July 1, 2 p.m., on Norland Drive. A woman falsely identified herself to a police officer, causing a delay in the officer's investigation. Her correct identity was later established.

Spousal battery--July 1, 9 p.m., on Wolfe Road. A 56-year-old man was arrested and held at San Jose Main Jail pending a bail
hearing.

Spousal battery--July 1, 11:36 p.m., on Henderson Avenue. A 34-year-old woman was arrested and held at Elmwood County Correctional Facility pending a bail hearing.

Driving under the influence--June 30, 3:10 p.m., on Fair Oaks Avenue. A 45-year-old man with a prior conviction was cited and released.

Auto burglary--June 30, 8:02 p.m., on Russet Drive. Someone smashed the right rear window of a car parked at a tennis center and stole a purse, a wallet, an eyeglass case and some cash. Total loss was estimated at $1,600.

Drunk in public--June 30, 9:30 p.m., on Fair Oaks Avenue. A 19-year-old man was arrested for public drunkenness and giving false information to a police officer. He was booked into the main jail.

Stolen property--June 27, 1:15 p.m., on El Camino Real. A man purchased a laptop computer he believed to be stolen. Police served a search warrant at his place of business and found additional stolen property.
