Some childhood fantasies never die

Programs show no compassion for young

Gov. Davis wants proof of success of juvenile prevention programs before funding them, yet he considers "success" to throw a 14 year-- old in prison for life. That seems to be the extent of our governor's creativity, since it is the only "program" that he seems to support. What's the hidden agenda? Can we believe that this is a man that cares about our young people? I think not.
