Spousal rape--July 23, 8:30 a.m., at the Municipal Golf Course. A Sunnyvale man, 30, was charged with spousal rape and abuse. He was booked into San Jose Main Jail.
Assault and battery--July 23, 1:10 p.m., on North Eden Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 37, was arrested and held at the main jail pending a bail hearing.
Driving under the influence--July 23, 4:40 p.m., on All America Way. A Sunnyvale woman, 23, was also charged with more than $50,000 of vandalism damage and was booked into Main Jail.
Spousal abuse--July 23, 7:20 p.m., on South Sunnyvale Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 19, was arrested and held at the main jail pending a bail hearing.
