Cohabitant abuse--July 30, 12:35 a.m., on Cortez Drive. A Sunnyvale woman, 41, was arrested and held at Elmwood County Correctional Facility pending a bail hearing.
Child cruelty--July 29, 6:25 p.m., on Wolfe Road. A Sunnyvale man, 34, who was also charged with four counts of assault and battery, was held at main jail on $15,000 bail.
Corporal injury--July 26, 5:10 p.m., on Greenlake Drive, a Sunnyvale man, 22, who was also charged with vandalism to a car, was held at San Jose Main Jail pending a bail hearing.
Reckless driving--July 26, 7:19 p.m., on Arques Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 22, who was also charged with running a red light and operating a vehicle with defective brakes, was cited and released.
Grand theft--July 25, 10:30 a.m., on San Juan Drive. A Sunnyvale woman, 21, who was also charged with conspiracy, was arrested and held pending a bail hearing.
