The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department.

Possession--Aug. 1, 8 p.m. A 43-year-old woman was arrested at the corner of Duane and Lawrence Expressway for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving without a license, being in possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft--Aug. 5, 12:15 a.m. More than $1,200 worth of stereo equipment was stolen from a car on the 300 block of E. Caribbean Drive.

Possession for Sale--Aug. 6, 3:15 p.m. After a traffic stop at Mathilda and Ahwahnee avenues, police searched a vehicle that contained four plastic baggies of methamphetamines and a glass pipe. Two males, ages 21 and 22, were arrested for possession for sale and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Hit and Run--Aug. 3, 5:35 a.m. A 29-year-old man was arrested at his home on the 1000 block of Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road for causing property damage with his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was also charged with driving without a license.

Racing--July 31, 11:20 p.m. Two cars were witnessed by officers racing down Sunnyvale avenue near Iowa. One driver, a 34-year-old male, was pulled over and charged with excessive speed. The other driver was not apprehended.

Domestic Violence--July 31, 9:59 a.m. A 33-year-old male was arrested at a residence on the 300 block of N. Sunnyvale Ave for domestic violence.
