Driving under influence--Aug. 14, 11:07 p.m., at Mission College. A Santa Clara man, 25, was held at main jail pending a bail hearing.

Drug Possession--Aug. 14, 8:30 p.m., on Tucson Avenue. A Sunnyvale woman, 43, was held at main jail on $10,000 bail on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Drug Possession--Aug. 14, 8:20 p.m., on Tucson Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 44, was held at main jail on $10,000 bail on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Hit and run--Aug. 14, 7:30 p.m., on All-America Way. A Cupertino man, 23, was cited and released for misdemeanor hit and run.

Assault and battery--Aug. 13, 2:25 p.m., on San Miguel Avenue. A Palo Alto man, 27, who was also charged with petty theft and trespassing, was held at main jail on $8,000 bail.

Under influence with prior--Aug. 13, 9:15 a.m., on Hammerwood Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 23, was held at main jail on $5,000 bail.

Hit and run--Aug. 12, 12:45 p.m., on All-America Way. A Cupertino man, 51, was released on $1,000 bail for misdemeanor hit and run.

Unlicensed driver--Aug. 12, 9 p.m., on Mathilda Avenue. A San Jose man, 38, also charged with false identification and documentation, was cited and released.

Driving under the influence--Aug. 12, 5:30 p.m., on Homestead Road. A Cupertino man, 30, who was also charged with being an unlicensed driver, was cited and released.

Public intoxication--Aug. 12, 3:34 p.m., on Washington Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 45, was cited and released.

Spousal abuse--Aug. 10, 2:20 p.m., on East Taylor Street. A Sunnyvale man, 29, was held main jail pending a bail hearing.

Spousal abuse--Aug. 10, 8:20 p.m., Morse Avenue. A Sunnyvale woman, 25, was held at main jail pending a bail hearing.

Hit and run--Aug. 10, 4:51 p.m., on Arques Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 28, who was also charged with felony driving under the influence with injury, was held at main jail pending a bail hearing.

Possession of marijuana--Aug. 9, 10:31 p.m., on Reed Avenue. A Santa Clara man, 19, who was also charged with reckless driving, was released on $2,500 bail.
