Vandalism over $50,000--Aug. 21, 7:30 p.m., on East El Camino Real. A San Jose man, 30, who was also charged with public intoxication, was cited and released.
Public intoxication--Aug. 21, 7:30 p.m., on East El Camino Real. A San Jose man, 29, was cited and released.
Spousal abuse--Aug. 21, 6:45 p.m., on Anchor Bay Terrace. A Sunnyvale man, 55, was booked into main jail pending a bail hearing.
Reckless driving--Aug. 21, 5:30 p.m., on All-America Way. A Sunnyvale man, 20, was booked into main jail on $15,000 bail.
Assault on officer--Aug. 21, 4 p.m., on Bartlett Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 25, who was also charged with cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale, was booked into main jail on $16,500 bail.
Burglary--Aug. 21, 1 a.m., on Cezanne Drive. Two San Jose men, ages 20 and 21, were booked into main jail on $15,000 bail. A third San Jose man, 19, was booked into main jail on $30,000 bail.
Driving under the influence--Aug. 21, 12:20 a.m., on Sunnyvale Avenue. A 25-year-old man, who was also charged with possession of marijuana and giving a false name, was booked into main jail on $12,500 bail.
Driving under the influence--Aug. 20, 11:50 p.m., on Washington Avenue. A Los Gatos man, 52, was cited and released.
Spousal abuse--Aug. 20, 9:20 p.m., on South Mathilda Avenue. A Glendale man, 25, was booked into main jail pending a bail hearing.
Assault and battery--Aug. 20, 8 p.m., on West Washington Avenue. A 21-year-old man was booked into main jail on $1,500 bail.
Warrant--Aug. 20, 7:30 p.m., on Town Center Lane. A Sunnyvale man, 19, who was also charged with driving without a driver's license in his possession and having an incorrect registration tab on his car, was booked into main jail on $12,000 bail.
Restraining order violation--Aug. 17, 1:30 a.m., on East Maude Avenue. A 45-year-old man, also charged with driving under the influence, was booked into main jail on $12,500 bail.
Trespassing--Aug. 16, 8:30 a.m., on Palamas Avenue. An Alviso man, 19, also charged with possession of switchblade knife, was cited and released.
Possession of stolen property--Aug. 15, 1:15 p.m., on Eighth Avenue. A San Jose man, 24, also charged with burglary, forgery and possession of a forged check, was booked into main jail pending a bail hearing.
Kidnapping--Aug. 15, 9 a.m., on Bradford Street. A Sunnyvale man, 39, was booked into main jail on $30,000 bail.
