Workers build an addition to the De Anza College Library, which is being expanded to accommodate up to 60,000 students and residents each year. The original library was built to accommodate around 7,500. The college is holding its "Night of Magic" gala Oct. 12 to raise money to furnish the new library. Individual tickets are $150. Corporate sponsorships range from $2,500 to $5,000. For details or reservations call 864-8500.
