Violation of restraining order--Aug. 26, no time reported, on All America Way. A Modesto man, 28, was cited and released.
Assault with a deadly weapon--Aug. 25, no time reported, on Walsh Avenue. A Sunnyvale woman, 29, was released without prosecution.
Possession of dangerous drugs--Aug. 24, 11 a.m., on East El Camino Real. A Sunnyvale woman, 29, who was also charged with driving under the influence, was held at main jail on $12,500 bail.
Burglary--Aug. 24, 8:30 a.m., on El Camino Real. A Sunnyvale man, who was charged with two counts of burglary, was held at main jail on $20,000 bail.
Burglary--Aug. 24, 8:50 a.m., on El Camino Real. A Sunnyvale man, 20, who was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, was held at main jail on $20,000 bail.
Vehicle speeding--Aug. 24, 2 a.m., on All America Way. A Saratoga man, 39, who was also charged with two acts of assault and battery, was released on $7,807 bail.
Driving under influence--Aug. 23, 2:30 a.m., on Sunnyvale Avenue. A 28-year-old man was cited and released.
Burglary--Aug. 22, 6:07 p.m., on Lawrence Station Road. A 30-year-old man, who was also charged with giving false information, was held at main jail on $5,500 bail.
Indecent exposure--Aug. 22, 3:45 p.m., on Pastoria Avenue. A San Jose man, 32, was cited and released.
Robbery--Aug. 22, 12:35 p.m., on Kirkland Drive. A 34-year-old man, who was also charged with a parole violation, was held at main jail pending a bail hearing.
