Public intoxication--Sept. 11, 7:45 p.m., on Cascade Drive. A Sunnyvale man, 42, was cited and released.
Battery on police officer--Sept. 11, 6:55 p.m., on Torreya Avenue. A San Jose man, 34, was cited and released.
Possession of stolen property--Sept. 11, 12:30 a.m., on Willow Avenue. A 23-year-old transient man was booked into main jail pending a bail hearing.
Spousal abuse--Sept. 9, 10:44 p.m., on Coronado Drive. A 26-year-old man was booked into main jail pending a bail hearing.
Grand theft over $400--Sept. 8, 9:42 p.m., on East El Camino Real. A San Jose man, 42, who was also charged with petty theft with a prior, was booked into main jail pending a bail hearing.
Driving under the influence--Sept. 8, 5 p.m., on San Aleso Avenue. A San Jose man, 25, was booked into main jail on $5,000 bail.
Vandalism--Sept. 8, 8 a.m., on North Lawrence Expressway. A 34-year-old man, was booked into main jail on $500 bail.
Possession of methamphetamine barbiturates--Sept. 7, 4:45 a.m., on Golden Oak Drive. A Sunnyvale man, 32, was booked into main jail on $5,000 bail.
Spousal abuse--Sept. 7, 1:37 a.m., on Roosevelt Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 40, who was also charged with assault with a deadly weapon, was booked into main jail pending a bail hearing.
Driving under the influence--Sept. 7, 12:32 a.m., on East Weddel Drive. A Sunnyvale man, 38, who was also charged with hit and run with injury, was booked into main jail on $27,500 bail.
Spousal abuse--Sept. 6, 7:15 p.m., on All America Way. A Sunnyvale man, 24, who was also charged with assault and battery, was booked into main jail on $7,500 bail.
Driving under the influence--Sept. 5, 4:15 p.m., on San Zeno Way. A Sunnyvale man, 48, who was also charged with hit and run and driving on railroad tracks, was cited and released.
Reckless driving--Sept. 4, 10:40 p.m., on Reseda Drive. A 27-year-old man was booked into main jail on $15,000 bail.
Theft with priors--Sept. 4, 4:45 p.m., on South Murphy Avenue. A Sunnyvale man, 34, who was also charged with assault and battery and being drunk in public, was booked into main jail on $9,000 bail.
Attempted burglary--Sept. 4, 1:10 a.m. on West El Camino Real. A Sunnyvale man, 22, who was also charged with possession of stolen property and burglary tools and conspiracy was booked into main jail pending a bail hearing.
