Tenants win suit against landlord

    The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department

    Petty Theft--Sept. 16, 9:04 p.m. 100 block E. Arques Avenue. Suspect is a Vietnamese male standing 5 foot 9 and weighing 170 pounds.

    DUI--Sept. 17, 3:50 p.m. 100 block Fremont Avenue. A brown-haired, brown-eyed male was arrested for DUI. The suspect, a Hispanic male, stands 5 foot 3 and weighs 180 pounds.

    Robbery--Sept. 17, 10:52 p.m. 300 block Fair Oaks Avenue. A suspect presented payment for merchandise at a convenience store. When the clerk opened the register, the suspect punched the clerk in the face, knocking him to the floor. The suspect reached inside the open register and fled with an unknown amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 26 years of age, 6 foot 4 and 225 pounds. His hair was black. He was wearing a black baseball cap, blue shirt and white shoes. No weapon or vehicle was visible.

    Burglary Auto--Sept. 18, unknown time. 1100 Crespi. Suspect made entry into the vehicle by smashing out the wind-wing on the passenger side. The vehicle was fingerprinted. No suspects have been arrested.

    Petty Theft--Sept. 20, 3:45 p.m 300 block Sunnyvale Avenue. Suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5 foot 9 and 260 pounds.
