The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department.
Domestic Violence--Sept. 11, 5:50 p.m. A 43-year-old man and his 26-year-old girlfriend were both arrested for domestic violence inside a residence on the 700 block of Ahwahnee.
Possession--Sept. 23, 7:27 p.m. After arresting a 31-year-old male on unrelated warrants, officers found a bag containing 31.5 grams of marijuana in the suspect's front pocket. The marijuana was confiscated and the suspect was cited and released.
Possession for Sale--Sept. 23, 3:28 p.m. A 21-year-old male attempted to leave Macy's wearing a pair of stolen jeans beneath his own pants. When officers arrested the suspect, they also found seven baggies containing methamphetamines.
Burglary--Sept. 22, 10:30 a.m. A 20-year-old woman was arrested outside the Lucky's grocery store on the 400 block of Mathilda Avenue after she filled her shopping cart with $448 worth of merchandise and left without paying.
Battery--Sept.19, 11:02 p.m. An unknown suspect entered a liquor store on the 1200 block of Wildwood Avenue and became angry when the attendant asked him to pay for merchandise. The suspect picked up a large cigar humidor and threw it at the attendant, causing injury.
Theft--Sept. 19, 2 p.m. A suspect was arrested outside the Fry's Electronics store on the 1700 block of E. Arques Avenue after attempting to steal $316 in merchandise. The suspect stuffed several video games into one box, attempting to pay for the price on the box.
