The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department.

Peeping--Sept. 26, 12:40 a.m. A 29-year-old male was arrested on the 600 block of La Grande Drive for peeping into a residence through a window. The suspect was also cited for possession of marijuana.

Possession of Narcotics--Sept. 26, 2 p.m. After a 45-year-old male was pulled over at an intersection near Central Expressway and Sunnyvale Avenue, police removed three containers of methamphetamines from his car along with materials for packaging. The driver was also under the influence of a controlled substance.

Theft--Sept. 27, 5:30 p.m. A car parked on the 2500 block of Town Center Lane was burglarized, resulting in more than $1,300 of stolen property including a video camera and a cordless telephone.

Petty Theft--Sept. 30, 5:12 p.m. Two teenage boys were cited for removing $15.85 in coins from a Pepsi vending machine on the 100 block of E. El Camino Real. Police said the teenagers used a magnetic card to gain credits in the machine, then pushed the coin-release lever to empty the change.

Failure to Register--Sept. 30, 9:30 p.m. A convicted sex offender living on the 400 block of S. Francis Avenue was cited and released after he failed to register with local authorities as required by law.

Possession of Heroin--Sept. 30, noon. A 46-year-old woman was arrested for possession of heroin and cocaine after police found small amounts of the substances loaded in syringes at her apartment on the 100 block of W. Weddell Avenue.
