The following items were culled from reports filed by the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.
Drunk in public--Oct. 8, 2:15 p.m., 800 block of Morse Avenue. A man was cited for having alcohol in a public park and being drunk in public.
Controlled substances--Oct. 8, 5:20 p.m., 900 block of El Camino Real. A man was arrested for possession of methamphetamines for sale and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,362.
Spousal abuse--Oct. 8, 5 p.m., 700 block of All American Way. A man was arrested for spousal abuse. He was taken to Main Jail.
Burglary--Oct. 8, 2:29 a.m. 1000 block of El Camino Real. A man was arrested for burglary, possession of burglary tools and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $30,650.
Possession of a controlled substance--Oct. 7, 8 p.m., 700 block of Lakemuir Drive. A man was cited and released for possession of a controlled substance.
Attempted bombing--Oct. 7, 1:31 p.m., 300 block of Soquel Way. A live, undetonated pipe bomb was found on the front lawn of a graphics office. The bomb had a live fuse. The Santa Clara County Sheriff's bomb-removal squad responded and disarmed the bomb. There are no suspects, and the target has not been determined.
Burglary--Oct. 6, 4:50 a.m., 700 block of El Camino Real. A man was arrested for residential burglary and possession of burglary tools. Bail set at $30,150.
