Incumbents win race at De Anza

Jay Jackman and Paul Fong, both incumbents, were re-elected to the Foothill-De Anza Community College District board of trustees.

The two beat out Sandy Hay, a retired geology professor, who ran for the first time.

Fong believes the board needs to find money, possibly through a bond measure, to refurbish most of the district's buildings that are 30 to 40 years old.
