    The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department.

    Possession of Controlled Substance--Oct. 21, 12:15 a.m., 1000 block of E. El Camino Real. On the above date, suspect No. 1 and suspect No. 2 were stopped at the above location for a vehicle code violation. Suspect No. 1 was in possession of methamphetamine in four bags weighing a total of 5.8 grams and $601, mostly in $10 increments. Suspect No. 2 was driving the vehicle. Suspect No. 1 was the passenger and had knowledge of the methamphetamine. Suspect No. 1 also had possession of drug paraphernalia. Both suspects were arrested and transported to county jail.

    Telephone Harassment--Oct. 27, 12:15 a.m., 100 block of W. Weddell Avenue. Victim met suspect over the Internet in April 2001. In June she visited the suspect in Canada. She did not like the suspect, and when she left she told him she did not want any kind of a relationship with him. Since July she has been getting phone calls from the suspect.

    Resisting/Delaying Officer--Oct. 21, 12:20 a.m., 300 block of America. DPS officers responded to the above location on the report of a physical altercation. Upon police arrival, the suspect fled the residence via a back door and hid in a neighbor's yard. The suspect was located, apprehended and booked in the main jail.
