    The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department

    Possession of a Controlled Substance--Nov. 9, 10:49 p.m., Highway 9 and Fremont. Officer on routine patrol saw a gray truck coming from an alley on to Highway 9. The vehicle had a cracked windshield and was dirty. It appeared abandoned. During an inventory search of the cab, the officer found a substance similar to methamphetamine and also drug paraphernalia. Suspect was arrested.

    Possession--Nov. 6, 1:00 a.m., 300 block South Sunnyvale Avenue. While on a routine security patrol of a parking lot, officer noticed a vehicle with the rear passenger door opened and no occupants. Believing this suspicious, the officer searched the vehicle and found a small quantity of marijuana and paraphernalia.

    Public Fighting--Nov. 6, 1:51 a.m., corner of Murphy and Washington. Suspects began fighting on the sidewalk. Both were hitting each other along with two other females who ran away. Both were arrested, cited, and released.

    False Bomb Threat--Nov. 3, 9:30 a.m., 600 block East El Camino. Unknown suspect called car lot and stated that a bomb was in one of the vehicles on the lot. A female suspect called and said the threats were true.
