The following incidents were culled from reports filed by the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.

Domestic violence--Dec. 22, 6:45 p.m. Police responded to a domestic violence call on Chico Court and arrested a man for injuring his spouse. He was taken to Elmwood Jail on the felony charge.

Petty theft--Dec. 21. Two men and one woman were cited and released from various locations at a shopping center on Sunnyvale Avenue. All three were cited for shoplifting less than $400 worth of merchandise from different stores. All three incidents occurred at different times of day.

Disorderly conduct--Dec. 21, 11:18 p.m. A man was arrested on the 500 block of W. Iowa Ave. for peeping into a home on the street. The man is also accused of videotaping the occupant of the house.

Auto burglary--Dec. 20. A woman called police to report that her car had been broken into on the 500 block of Connemara Way on Dec. 3. She said she was calling so late because her insurance company needed a case number for the claim she was filing on a CD changer that had been stolen.
