Phyllis Fowler is looking forward to working on something that has always been very important to her—education.  More Sunnyvale and the other six member cities of the Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority (SVACA) are exploring ways to continue to work together as a team in order to find viable options for their animal services.  More The city is exploring ways to use an already available public outreach tool—KSUN, Sunnyvale's government access TV station, Channel 18—for educational and informative communication with its residents.  More
