With the state's proposed budget cuts, cities are scrambling. Already Sunnyvale has placed a moratorium on all redevelopment projects.  More Fourteen high schools from the Bay Area have competed with one another in football, soccer and baseball. This is the first time all the schools have come together for the same cause.  More Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety detectives are trying to fit the pieces of a fractured story together to figure out how a street-side brawl turned so ugly that it left one man dead.  More
