In the April 16 article about the opening of the Sunnyvale skatepark the date for the grand opening was listed incorrectly. The park will officially open on May 3 after the 11 a.m. grand opening ceremony at Fair Oaks Park, 540 N. Fair Oaks Ave. Those who wish to skate must wear a helmet and elbowpads and kneepads.
