Located missing person—June 13, 2:36 a.m. Intersection of Fremont Avenue and El Camino Real. The officer located a vehicle with hazard lights on and which was weaving in and out of the lane. The officer stopped the vehicle using overhead emergency lights. He reported the driver disoriented. She was reported a missing person out of San Mateo. Her son was contacted and she was released to his custody.
Possession of cocaine—June 11, 7 p.m. 400 block of N. Fair Oaks Avenue. 2.8 grams of cocaine were located in a person's bedroom. The cocaine tested presumptively positive. Also found were materials consistent with the packaging of cocaine.
Robbery—June 10, 7:15 p.m. 200 block of W. Iowa Avenue. A robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery occurred at the Target department store. Three persons entered the store. While two of them selected merchandise, the third distracted store personnel. The persons exited the store without paying for the items which were valued around $360. The victim attempted to detain the suspects and retrieve the property.
Theft—June 10, 11:12 a.m. 1000 block of Arques Avenue. A man walked out of a Fry's Electronics store with a computer valued at $400 without paying for it. Security personnel took him into custody outside the store. The man had several items in his truck, which included drug paraphernalia, stolen and counterfeit checks and check-making software.
Burglary—June 10, 7:15 a.m. 100 block of Pasito Terrace. The officer reported an auto burglary. The victim had his stereo and other electronic equipment valued at $1,600 stolen from his car. He stated that he had parked the vehicle the night before and it had been broken into when he came back to the vehicle in the morning.
Possession of a controlled substance—June 6, 1:54 a.m. 100 block of Pasito Terrace. The officer searched a man and found a white powder in a his pocket. The substance was tested positive for amphetamine with a content weight of 1 gram. The man was arrested and transported to county jail.
Possession of marijuana—June 11, 9:10 p.m. 1100 block of Lime Drive. The officer noticed a suspicious vehicle parked in the north lot of De Anza Park. The officer asked the driver for his license and saw he had objective symptoms of being under the influence. The man stated that he had "used" marijuana two hours ago. The officer found approximately one gram of marijuana under the front passenger seat. The man was cited and the marijuana was booked into evidence.
