Burglary—Nov. 30, 2:40 a.m., 1200 block of Ayala Drive. The officer responded to a report of an auto burglary in a back parking lot. Unknown person(s) smashed the right rear window of the victim's car and then stole the car stereo/CD player valued at $200.
Battery—Nov. 29, 6:50 p.m., 1200 block of Forgewood Avenue. The victim was kicked by three men in the parking lot as he exited his vehicle. The unknown attackers ran to a green van and drove south on Forgewood. The victim sustained multiple injuries.
Spousal Abuse—Nov. 29, 600 block of Garland Avenue. Officers responding to a call heard a hysterical woman in the apartment. The officers contacted the married couple inside and found both had sustained visible injuries. It was determined that the wife was the primary aggressor. She was arrested.
Battery—Nov. 27, 7 a.m., 100 block of S. Sunnyvale Avenue. The victim was thrown to the ground by her boyfriend. The man stated that he grabbed and moved the victim but did not throw her on the ground. The victim complained of pain.
Battery/Domestic Violence—Nov. 30, 12:29 a.m., 200 block of E. California Avenue. The man grabbed the victim by the arms, picked her up and forced her out of the house. When the woman attempted to prevent him from shutting the door on her, he slammed the door on her foot, knocking her to the ground. The woman suffered injuries and has two red marks on her chest.
