Karen Solheim of Mountain View and Kenneth Solheim of Enumclaw, Wa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Solheim, to W. David Kemper, son of Star St. John of Palo Alto and Lance Kemper of Sunnyvale.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Ballard High School in Seattle, Wash., and Stanford University. She is a program coordinator at Stanford's Center for Social Innovation.
Her fiance is a graduate of Alpha Beacon Christian High School and the College of Oceaneering. He is a senior hyperbaric technician and safety director at Bay Area Hyperbarics.
