PSO case Miller investigation Shops will suffer
The gender discrimination lawsuit filed against the city of Sunnyvale by four former female public safety officers reached a settlement on May 14.  More A Santa Clara County Grand Jury investigation ruled on May 10 that former mayor Julia Miller was not authorized by city charter or code to form an ad-hoc committee last year to investigate the actions of Tim Risch and Robert LaSala.  More While many in Sunnyvale look forward to the Forum Development Group's redevelopment in the heart of downtown Sunnyvale, some are concerned that small businesses in the area will wither away during the construction phase.  More
