The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.
Theft--May 14, 2:53 p.m., 600 block of W. Remington Drive. An unknown person(s) stole registration and insurance information from a vehicle. The vehicle had been left unlocked.

Automobile burglary--May 14, 3:48 p.m., 700 block of Lakebird Drive. An unknown person(s) took a sound system from a red 1994 Honda Civic. The car was parked on the street in front of the owner's house.

Domestic violence--May 13, 8:39 p.m., 100 block of S. Bernardo Avenue. A woman was in a physical fight with her boyfriend. He pushed and kicked her, but she declined medical attention.

Fraud--May 13, 12:18 p.m., 1000 block of Escalon Court. An unknown person(s) stole a man's personal information from the mail in his mailbox and has been using it to pass fraudulent checks.

Found property--May 12, 4:26 p.m., 1300 block of Lillian Avenue. A woman's granddaughter found a Louis Vuitton wallet in a tree in front of her house. The wallet had $20 in it.

Fraud--May 12, 1:56 p.m., 1200 block of Wildwood Avenue. A man claims he sent money via Western Union to a person who was supposed to provide airline tickets for the money. No tickets have arrived yet, and there has been no contact from the provider.

Residential burglary--May 12, 11:53 a.m., 1000 block of Castleton Terrace. A man returned to his home to find it had been ransacked during the previous two hours. Only his room had been touched.
