Public Safety
The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.
Theft--May 11, 2:47 p.m., 800 block of Ponderosa Avenue. A silver Razor scooter with blue wheels and "Tommy" written on the bottom was stolen from the school. Police had no suspects or leads.

Suspicious circumstances--May 10, 11:13 p.m., E. El Camino Real. A person called the police to say that a white Isuzu Rodeo traveling next to her on El Camino Real was swerving and trying to hit her car.

Damaged property--May 10, 6:34 p.m., 500 block of E. Ahwanee Avenue. A resident's uncle threw a rock at the resident's windshield and damaged it. The uncle refused to cover the cost of replacing the broken windshield.

Possession of a controlled substance--May 10, 5:45 p.m., 100 block of S. Sunnyvale Avenue. An aggressive male and female occupied a man's room at a motel and refused to leave. The caller wanted the trespassers removed but did not want to contact them himself and risk violence.

Theft--May 10, 3:17 p.m., 900 block of La Mesa Terraces. A man called in for his neighbor. He said the neighbor's boyfriend stole the neighbor's car and "everything" from their apartment. It is unknown when the incident occurred.

Theft--May 10, 2: 32 p.m., 1300 block of S. Wolfe Road. Two bicycles worth no more than $200 were left out in the yard and stolen sometime in April.
