The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.

Vehicle theft--July 2, 4:51 p.m., 1100 block of Morse Avenue. A man's cell phone was stolen from his vehicle. He thinks the car was opened using a set of keys that were stolen in May. He never reported the key theft.

Theft--July 2, 2:38 p.m., 1100 block of Lily Avenue. During the past three days, two sets of golf clubs were stolen from a man's open garage. One of the sets was made for a man, the other for a woman.

Loud noises--July 1, 2:29 p.m., E. Maude Avenue. A woman heard a very loud crash from the street behind her house.

Vehicle accident--July 1, 3:54 p.m., 500 block of S. Fair Oaks Avenue. Just before 2 p.m., a man and a woman got in a car accident and the man drove off after refusing to exchange information with the woman. He was driving a gray Nissan vehicle.

Found property--July 1, 7:02 a.m., 1000 block of Prune Court. A woman found a red bullet in her laundry after returning home from a laundromat.

Domestic violence--June 30, 11:13 p.m., 1400 block of Wright Avenue. A man called the department of public safety saying he was having trouble with his wife. Then the line disconnected.

Forgery--June 30, 4:54 p.m., 700 block of E. El Camino Real. A man in his late 20s tried to cash a fraudulent check.
