The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.

Grand theft--Feb. 11, 6:17 p.m., 1100 block of Morse Avenue. A $100,000 coin collection was taken by someone the owner knows.

Theft--Feb. 2, 11:31 a.m., 1200 block of Tasman Drive. Sometime between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., an unknown person entered an unlocked truck and took a Game Boy Advance video game system with a name engraved on top.

Damage to city property--Feb. 2, 7:37 a.m., Palo Verde Way and S. Wolfe Road. A car ran into a fire hydrant, and water was shooting into the air. It did not look as if anyone was in the car.

Theft--Feb. 10, 10:35 p.m., 700 block of E. El Camino Real. A man said that someone picked his pocket and is now using his credit cards.

Theft--Feb. 10, 5:03 p.m., 1600 block of Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road. A woman in a store took merchandise without paying for it and concealed it in a black bag hanging on the back of her wheelchair.

Vehicle tampering--Feb. 9, 5:52 p.m., 1200 block of W. McKinley Avenue. An unknown person broke the antenna on a man's silver Chevrolet Camaro and cut the black convertible top in an attempt to take items from inside.

Drunk in public--Feb. 9, 5:42 p.m., 600 block of W. Olive Avenue. A man was napping inside the library and was heard cursing in his sleep. When a woman woke him up, he cursed at her, too.
