Ice cream salesman arrested

An ice cream store manager allegedly enticed an 11-year-old Sunnyvale girl with free scoops and inappropriately touched her twice, Sunnyvale authorities said.
On May 7, Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety officials arrested Gerardo Ochoa, 36, manager of Gourmet Ice Cream at 223 E. Maude Ave on suspicion of lewd acts against a child. Authorities first learned of the allegations on May 4. Ochoa is in custody at Santa Clara County Jail.
The ice cream store is near a school, and the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office and Sunnyvale authorities fear there may be more unreported incidents.
