    To report suspected or observed physical, financial abuse or neglect of an elder or dependent adult, call the following phone numbers:

    If the victim lives in a home setting, call Adult Protective Services at 408.928.3860, or 24-hour abuse hotline, 1.800.414.2002.

    If the victim lives in a nursing home or residential care facility, call the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program of Santa Clara County, 408.944.0776 or 24-hour abuse hotline, 1.800.231.4024.

    If phone numbers are not available in an emergency, call 911, or the local police department.
