    Amy Hughes has been planning Bill Clinton's travel since she worked on his presidential campaign in 1992. But all of her work as Western regional administrator for the Department of Defense, White House liaison for Cabinet Affairs in Region 9 (Pacific Northwest Region) and member of the president's national advance staff came to an end last week, along with the rest of the Clinton administration.   More
