The Willow Glen ResidentSports BriefsBaseball Camp The high school baseball coaching staff at Willow Glen will host a special spring training mini-camp for players ages 8-12 on Feb. 13 with sessions from 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. The camp features instruction from Willow Glen head coach Gary Rose and his staff on hitting, pitching, fielding, base running and more. Coaches needed The Central Valley Youth Soccer League is looking for coaches in the Class 1 (select) and Class 3 (comp) divisions for boys and girls teams in the under-9 through under-17 age divisions for the 1999 season. Valentine Run The annual Valentine 10K fun run and 5K walk returns to Campbell on Feb. 13, 9 a.m. The event begins at Water Tower Plaza, First Street and Orchard City Drive in downtown Campbell, and the cost is $15 per entrant. Awards will be presented in the 10K division only. For more information, call 866-2105. Adult Sports Signups for teams and individuals interested in playing in the San Jose adult volleyball and basketball leagues are now being accepted. Registration begins Feb. 15 for the adult basketball season. The cost is $340 per team for the six-game season. Volleyball league play begins Feb. 22 in the gym at the Camden Lifetime Activities Center. The cost is $235 per team, and the registration deadline is Feb. 19.
