Free class teaches basics of tree care

Those who are interested in learning about caring for their trees can attend a free class held by Our City Forest on Saturday, April 18, from 10 to 11 a.m.

The class will be held at 595 Park Ave., Suite 100, in San Jose. The class targets people who are interested in learning about watering, pruning, weeding and mulching and how to prepare trees for El Niño weather. For information call Our City Forest at 99-TREES.
