Around The GlenWG High student is headed for West Point Sean Baldwin, a senior at Willow Glen High School, has accepted an appointment at the U. S. Military Academy at West Point. A member of the varsity football team, Sean has also served as captain of the prosecution on the school's mock-trial team and is a member of the varsity swim team. Sean is the son of Dave and Kathleen Baldwin of Willow Glen. He has also attended Cardinal Newman High School in Santa Rosa and Westlake High School in Westlake Village, Calif. --Aji Mathai Glen loan officer takes top honors Willow Glen resident Robin Lambert, a loan originator at the Campbell-based Princeton Capital residential mortgage lender, recently took top honors at her firm. Lambert, who works in Princeton Capital's Glen office, was named "Top-Producing Loan Officer" for having the highest production out of 22 of her peers, and "Loan Officer of the Year," the best all-around loan officer within the company, a Princeton representative said. She was also named to Princeton's "President's Club" along with six other loan originators for making more than $200,000 in gross revenue over the period of a year. Princeton Capital loan officers are located throughout the Bay Area within Century 21/Contempo Real Estate offices. --Rebecca Wallace Presentation holds annual golf event For everyone who likes to play golf or wishes to help support education, Presentation High School is holding its annual golf tournament to raise money for its student programs. The tournament will be held May 8 at the Santa Teresa Golf Club at 260 Bernal Road in San Jose. The tournament will feature three flights, including one just for women foursomes, to include every level of golfer. Cost to enter the tournament is $160, which will pay for the round of golf, a barbecue lunch, a cart, an awards banquet and tee prizes. Proceeds from the tournament support student programs; last year's event paid for computers for students, said school representative Stephanie Still. For more information, call 264-5110. --Aji Mathai
