    American Citizen

Tom Castillo was sworn in as a U.S. citizen and will also keep his Mexican citizenship

Willow Glen resident Tom Castillo is celebrating his first Independence Day as a U.S. citizen this year. But for most of his childhood, Castillo, whose mother told him he'd been born here, thought he was officially an American. "I felt like a real citizen," he says. "I've always considered myself an American first. I've known nothing but this country."   More
