Fall Ball
The Hardtke World Of Baseball will offer "Fall Ball" programs for youth ages 8-12 and teens 13-18 for the sixth straight year. The program is designed for the serious player.
The 8-12 age division offers practice sessions once, twice or three times a week. All practices are held at Hardtke World of Baseball, 148 San Tomas Aquino Road, Campbell. League play begins Sept. 15 and ends Oct. 24.
The 13-18 age division features a "wood bat" league. The season begins Sept. 11 and ends Oct. 20, and features two divisions-- varsity, players trying out for their high school varsity team; and junior varsity, players trying out for frosh-soph teams.

Over 45 Basketball
San Jose is accepting registration for teams interested in playing in a fall basketball league for players ages 45 and over. For more information, call 277-5556.
Coaches Needed

Youth Football

Girls Soccer Clinic
The Silicon Valley Sting will host a girls soccer clinic Aug. 27-29, three hours each day, in Palo Alto. The cost for the entire clinic is $75, or players can pay $30 per day. For information, call Gregg Witkin at 374-1312.
Girls Basketball
A girls three-on-three basketball tournament for players in grades 6-12 will be held Aug. 14-15 at Stanford University. The entry fee is $175, and each team is guaranteed eight games. For more information, call 1-650-725-7193.
Youth Soccer
The Willow Glen PAL soccer program is holding signups for players ages 5-16 interested in playing in the fall season. The cost is $55 per player, and new players must provide a copy of their birth certificates. For more information, call 265-2144.
