Bob and Sally Cihos of Willow Glen announce the engagement of their daughter, Melanie Cihos, to Christopher Anderson, son of Sedric and Anna-Lisa Anderson of Palos Verdes, CA.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Willow Glen High School and the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is a claims representative for State Farm Insurance in Salinas and a dog obedience instructor at Capitola Kennels in Santa Cruz.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Rolling Hills High School, Rolling Hills Estates and the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a claims specialist for State Farm Ins. in Salinas.
The couple plans to wed Sept. 9 in Toro County Park in Salinas and honeymoon in Kauai. They will reside in their new home near Toro Park in Salinas.
