Thank you for White Dove Cafe owner's article in newspaper
I would like to personally thank Kate Carter for the excellent article she wrote on Jeff Michel and the closing of the White Dove Cafe, and the kind letters written by Garth and Kathy Nobis and Kim Fredericks.
Jeff has been a close friend of mine for more than 25 years, and I have opened up my home to him to help him get through his struggle with cancer.
I have been very impressed with the responses of thoughtful letters, cards, and a few donations which have been uplifting for him. My personal thanks to your reporter and the warm folks of Willow Glen in giving back in kindness and spirit.
