Reporter should buy herself a good map

After reading Chantal Lamers' article "Where is Willow Glen?" I was struck by the fact that the east and west boundaries are reversed in the borders. I noted the same thing in another article in a recent issue of The Resident.

It is shocking that some people don't know the difference between east and west.

The official boundaries as stated in the article say "Interstate 280 on the north, (that's OK), Highway 87 and Almaden Expressway on the west (that should be east), Foxworthy Avenue on the south side and Leigh Avenue and Southwest Expressway on the east (that should be west).

I suggest that you buy a Santa Clara County street atlas, the Barclay Locaide that the real estate agents use.

It gives the boundaries in perforated lines and also by ZIP code, which includes 95125 and 95124.
