The Willow Glen ResidentAqui chef demos his salsa skills at Oct. 3 marketRob Francis, executive chef for Aqui Cal-Mex Grill, is set to spice things up at a chef's demonstration at the Oct. 3 Willow Glen Farmers Market. Using seasonal produce available at the market that day, Francis will prepare a batch of "harvest salsa" for shoppers to sample. The chef will take questions during his demonstration, set for 10-11 a.m. this Saturday. The farmers' market sets up every Saturday through November at Willow Glen Elementary School at Lincoln and Minnesota avenues. --Anne Gelhaus
