Pumpkin Patch benefit for hospital is Oct. 7

The San Jose Auxiliary to Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital will host the 28th annual Pumpkin Patch Boutique from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 7, at the First Congregational Church at Hamilton and Leigh avenues in San Jose.

All proceeds benefit patients and families at the hospital. Auxiliary members have spent months gathering donations for the boutique, and the resulting collection of gifts, crafts, baked goods, plants and more for purchase.

Admission to the Pumpkin Patch Boutique is $2. For $7 more, guests can enjoy lunch, which will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Raffle tickets will also be available, with prizes including a Willow Glen shopping spree, a Lake Tahoe vacation and San Jose Sharks collectibles.
