Sports Briefs Lincoln Glen Little League The Lincoln Glen Little League will hold signups for the 2001 season on Nov. 29, 5:30-8:30 p.m., and Dec. 2, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., in the rec room at River Glen Park, on the corner of Bird and Pine. Players ages 5-16 are eligible, and must provide a birth certificate and proof of residency (PG&E, water or utility bill) at the registration. The league hopes to complete all signups by Dec. 31. Stanford Clinics The annual Stanford Holiday Baseball Clinics return to The Farm this year with sessions scheduled for Thanksgiving weekend and during Christmas vacation. Pitching clinics and baseball instruction for players ages 12-18 will be conducted Nov. 24-26, Dec. 18-20 and Dec. 27-29 at Stanford. The cost is $115 per session. For information, call 650.723.4528.
