Windermere Silicon Valley Properties supports local charities

Windermere Silicon Valley Properties recently teamed up with the Windermere Foundation to donate $6,350 to City Team Ministries' House of Grace and the Franklin-McKinley School District. A total amount of $2,500 was donated to City Team Ministries' House of Grace in support of its women and children's programs that empower single women to help themselves and their children by becoming nurturing and loving mothers, capable of physically, financially and emotionally supporting thier families. The Franklin-McKinley School District received $3,850 to purchase new uniforms for all of its sports teams. Each time a Windermere associate sells a home, a portion of the commission is donated to the Windermere Foundation, an entirely volunteer-run organization. The foundation spends less than 2 percent of funds raised on administrative costs and provides funding to social service agencies that offer housing and services to low-income and homeless children and families.
