Founders' Day Hometown heroes Housing development
On the 75th anniversary of Founders' Day, hundreds came out to celebrate the community of Willow Glen.  More Willow Glen residents Harold Schapelhouman and Joe Zsutty were two of the many who worked tirelessly to clear Ground Zero in late September of last year, risking their lives and health in a grim mission.  More A housing development in southern Willow Glen that will eventually include 83 single-family detached homes at a sale price of more than $500,000 each is closer to becoming a reality with city planners rezoning the land on Aug. 21.  More
