Mobile homes provide an economic alternative to expensive houses and apartments in the Bay Area, and residents of Willow Glen's two trailer parks say they enjoy their neighborhood's sense of community. "This place is a paradise," remarks Margaret Gallagher, a resident of Willow Glen Estates.
