Folks need to lighten up about parking cars
I am writing to support Scott Peeler, who was stalked by the parking lot attendant as he entered the Garden Theatre plaza building. His letter was printed in the Jan. 22 issue of the Willow Glen Resident. The three individuals who wrote letters to the newspaper about him judged him unfairly.
To quote Ms. Curry: "The man wouldn't have gotten so upset if he actually was doing business within the complex."
Are you kidding? I would be disturbed if I were going about my daily business and was scrutinized and followed in that manner. Mr. Peeler said he went into the building. His reasons for being there are nobody's business. Also, he did not have a conversation with the attendant, so how could he have been dishonest? He doesn't have to prove himself to an overly aggressive parking lot attendant.
Roger Laux wrote regarding the attendant: "There have been attempts to run him over."
He shouldn't be jumping out in front of cars like he does and running the risk of becoming a hood ornament.
Does anyone remember Seinfeld's "Soup Nazi"? Who wants that here? There are those who need to lighten up and be more respectful of other people.
