I think all of Willow Glen should commend the Willow Glen Middle School Principal, Darla Briggs, and her staff for trying to beautify the school grounds. They were there on a Saturday, which should have been a day off for them.

Freedom to choose is every American's right

I enjoy reading the editor's columns in the Willow Glen Resident, and I especially liked last week's column in the Sept. 24 issue on books. Thanks for reminding us of the wonderful freedom we enjoy in this country. I hope thousands of folks read it!
